I didn’t like anything. The service was poor; reception was slow and only one person was available in the morning to handle the checkout line. The breakfast area had no air conditioning. The room was adapted for people with disabilities (I wasn’t told about this beforehand) and it smelled like coconut. The towels were also smelly. A fire alarm went off in the room at 6:20 am.

The breakfast was very good, with high quality and many fruit options. The bathroom box had mold spots that gave a sense of poor cleanliness (there was even a used soap in the box). The shampoo was very thin; they clearly added a lot of water to save. The mattress already had old air, sagged, and had many small bumps (wear) that could be felt even with sheets, which bothered me. The room was very dark even with all lights on. The location was somewhat noisy at night because of Avenida Brasília.
