Access is easy, the parking is closed, the lady at reception is charming, the room is spotless, and the location is great. The lounge chair by the pool lacks a mattress.
The welcome and proximity to the city were nice.
“3 nuits à Saint Denis de la Réunion”
I liked the hotel’s location relative to the city’s attractions, the fridge was handy, and the breakfast buffet was a bonus; the TV technical issue was fixed the same day, though the price felt a bit high for the space.
Cleanliness and staff cooperation were good.
“Efficace”
Very good after landing. The pool was not working.
