Nothing positive, just a total disaster. The rooms were terrible: one had no lock on the door, the other smelled of feces and had a bathroom tub and toilet literally full of shit. We had to leave and scramble for another hotel, which made us late for the concert we were going to attend.

Nothing to say positively. We waited in line for almost 25 minutes to check in, with no one at the front desk. When someone finally arrived, they seemed off‑balance, maybe a bit intoxicated. After we paid and checked in, we found the room already occupied by another guest. The staff at reception was clearly focused and not very communicative. We ended up walking over to the Hyatt next door instead. I’m disappointed that this property is promoted, and I expect a refund. Trusting the booking site again will be tough.

The spot was decent and the beds were fine, but the tub was filthy, the bathroom door didn’t shut tightly, the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling, and overall the room was in disrepair. As an “extended stay” there were no supplies like dishes or pots/pans, which is odd, though it didn’t really affect us since we only stayed one night. The price was incredibly high for the state it was in.

The place is located in a good spot, but it’s dirty and they take a long time to attend to customers.
