Augustiner in Meran

“Sehr geräumige, saubere Zimmer, in toller Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal”

A very nice, spacious room with excellent furnishings. The bed was comfortable and cozy, and the room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant on the lower part of the building did not disturb the room with noise, voices, or smells. The staff were consistently friendly and pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also very good with generous portions. The only issue was that there was no shower, only a very pretty but impractical bathtub. The shower head cannot be hung, and there is no shower curtain, so we would have liked a bit more practicality. For a single night it was no problem at all.

The room was great, though not exactly like the picture. It had an espresso machine, a bathroom, a bed, lighting, and furnishings. Simply fantastic. The only downside was glass shards on the floor.

I liked the location and the cleanliness, but there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and no shelf in the shower. The restaurant smelled bad all day and night, making it hard to ventilate, and the fridge still had leftovers from the previous guest.

“Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr leckerem Essen – wir kommen gerne wieder!”

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Augustiner in Merano; the place was cozy, clean, and we felt right at home. The location was also convenient for our time in Merano, and the food was delicious, making our visit even more special. We’ll definitely return and recommend the property.

The place is absolutely centrally located, but unfortunately there is no full‑body mirror in the room.
