“Never go back”
The location is good, but the service was extremely poor, staff were poorly trained, and they sometimes refused to give me water unless I signed up as a member of Hyatt.
“Fueron muy amables un buen hotel”
The breakfast was good, but when we arrived the sheets on one bed smelled bad; we asked for a change and they kindly swapped them.
I wish parking was included.
Everything was great! Glendale is an amazing place to stay and keeps you away from downtown LA drama, and there are really cool spots around. The parking fees are pricey.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly front desk made me feel welcome; the room was immaculate—so clean. The breakfast was really good; I don’t normally eat free breakfast at hotels, but the wide assortment of hot or cold food, ice‑cold milk or orange juice, and fresh fruit was very good!
