The hotel sits on a shopping street in the city center, free from noise; the entrance is beside a clothing store, but the reception was attentive and everything went smoothly; the rooms are spacious and clean; the owner was excellent and proactive, answering all my questions before the trip, offering transport solutions, and even arranging a bike so I could explore the city and memorial sites; I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money is excellent; the room is spacious, the bedding comfortable, the place clean, the decor minimal but functional, with air conditioning and good water flow; the staff are adorable and ultra responsive on the booking messaging, helping us find a bus to Sapa during the day (not a sleeper bus) to enjoy the beautiful route at a very good price; the bus even came to pick us up directly at the hotel, and they gave great advice.

I drove myself in, and when the schedule shifted they let me change rooms without charging extra, ending up with a larger, nicer room. Thanks for all the enthusiastic help.
