It was my first time at Oly Plaza, usually I stay elsewhere. The reception staff @s were excellent and very friendly. The hotel has parking, but on one day it was pretty full; I still managed to park my car because the area around the hotel is tricky. The room size was very good, brand‑new and well‑maintained. The negatives that lowered my rating: 1) Breakfast food was not replenished. I stayed over an hour there, and nothing was restocked. When I returned, the place seemed overrun and messy. 2) Given the price, I expected higher food quality than what I saw at other hotels. 3) It feels like room cleaning only happens in the morning. One day I left later and when I came back the room was unchanged. There are no tags on the door to signal that the room needs tidying.

The breakfast was first‑rate and the room had air‑conditioning, but the room lacked a chair or armchair and didn’t have enough space to hang the three towels the family used.
