The stay was great; the staff is always accommodating and makes me feel special. I have no issues with the staff at all. My experience has really changed over the past couple of months since I’ve been staying here, and yesterday was amazing. The AC unit in the room worked perfectly, and I had no issues at all. I also want to commend the staff for always being attentive to me when I come in. They make me feel like I’m not just another resident, but like I’m family. I truly appreciate that, and it means a lot to me. My short stay… but that’s on me.

I got a room that smelled like mold and mildew, and the only thing they offered was some spray until the assistant general manager arrived, who was amazing and super helpful, but there was also dog shit on the floor.

I never ate there, and the cleanliness was poor—one towel place was dirty.

The hotel was very quiet and clean, but parking was very far from the building, there was no 24‑hour customer service at the front desk, and the staff there were not courteous at all. In an emergency, guests would have to call for assistance off properly, and the emergency feed was very slow. During my stay, smoke from one of the rooms triggered the fire alarm, and because the front desk was not available, a guest had to call the phone number posted at the desk to report it; the response team was very slow, and the evacuation was slow, which could have caused injuries or death if the situation had gotten out of control—a great concern for me.
