I had my first experience with a Japanese‑style room here and slept very well. I arrived early, confirmed my booking, and the owner asked where I wanted to go. The cable car to Mount Daisan was closed due to strong winds, so the owner drove me to the coast of Chiqi immediately—such great service! There were various yukatas to choose from, beautiful and comfortable, and I could book a private bath in advance. The extra breakfast was delicious, served in a large shared room while wearing a yukata, giving a strong sense of immersion. The sunshine was great, and the owner took me and two other guests to Mount Daisan. The bus intervals were long; I miscalculated the time and had to wait an hour for the return trip. A taxi was only a few kilometres away but cost 3200 yen, so the owner’s service was truly precious. After check‑out, the owner again drove me to the station. I was reluctant to leave and thanked him for his care. Thank you. It was a wonderful stay.

The bookable onsen was fantastic! The staff at Hidoneya were always very friendly and helpful. The massage chair in the common room is a great feature. The beds are very hard.

“사장님, 스탭들이 친절하고 최고👍”

The staff were friendly and the owner was very kind, asking about my next day’s plans and driving me there personally. On check‑out, he offered to hold my luggage and later drove me to the station even though it was close by. The room was clean and the bathroom could be used privately by reservation, which was nice. I rested well and slept soundly. I’ll definitely stay at Hidoneya again next time I visit Iz.

很多職員都會說中文，有問題比較好解決。 老板人很好，情況許可會接送大家去車站或者旅遊景點。 澡堂也很棒，房間很乾淨。. 這個不是店家問題，晚上很多點都很早關門，幸好旁邊有711和2330關門的aeon，不然晚上很無聊。 另外附近好像沒什麼早餐店，所以早餐要麽自己預備，要麽提早跟店家預定，好像是1500日元一份。

Super tolles Zimmer, extrem sauber, privates Thermalbad buchbar, Nähe zu öffentlichem Onsen, sehr nettes Personal, tolles japanisches Frühstück, coole Extras wie Massagesessel und traditionelle Yukata. 100% Empfehlung!
