The staff were friendly and helpful. The sheets and towels were changed regularly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The interior was nicely designed. The location is very good. However, we had problems with hot water for all seven days of our stay. We would wait a few minutes for the hot water to come on, and when it did, it would run for only 30 seconds or a minute before turning cold again. We showered with cold water or used a kettle for my wife to wash her long hair. The technician who came a little eased the issue but did not fix it, as it was clear that the entire hot water heating system needed a rebuild. A nasty smell often came from the bathroom, indicating the sewage system was not working properly. The minibar was in a room with a door under a table that had no ventilation openings, so it barely cooled the drinks and was almost unusable. It was poorly installed.

The location is good. The stairs are a problem.

Very well‑located and clean. Very quiet. The stairs are a bit difficult to access, but otherwise everything is comfortable.
