Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The new elevator, spacious room, and excellent staff made the stay enjoyable. The location was close to public transport and local malls, and the pool was beautiful. Showers were cold, and some breakfasts were served cold in the mornings.

The location was good and the family room was spacious. There weren’t enough power sockets, no refrigerator, and the internet was weak.

The staff were friendly and tried hard to help, but the issues they couldn’t fix were still problematic. The room was dirty, the bathroom cupboard was unusable because of rusted hinges and mold inside, the shower rail was broken so you had to hold the shower head, and no hand towels or toilet paper were provided—both had to be requested. The safe wasn’t bolted down and could be taken away, and the balcony door on the ground floor couldn’t be locked, letting anyone in. There was no top sheet, only a blanket, and several other minor shortcomings you’d expect in a hotel room.

The location was perfect for what we needed, but that's about it.

The room was okay, but the sliding door was broken, which was pretty annoying.
