The staff were very helpful. The apartment was spacious, and the breakfast was extensive. I enjoyed a tasty massage at the hotel. It takes 15–20 minutes by taxi from the Old Town, though many cheap taxis are available. There's not much to do within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were the most valuable and respectful. Nara, the receptionist, was the most knowledgeable and consistently followed up on our arrival to ensure we got in on time and that the room was ready. She also prepared the documents and handed them over to a colleague to avoid any checkout issues. Cleaning was inadequate, the toothpaste buffer was missing, and the kitchen lacked enough cups, plates, etc. for the room size and number of people.

Breakfast offered a wide variety and the hotel grounds, including a park, created a relaxing atmosphere; even when I worked late I could still eat on site and often enjoyed beer and meals in the park, though the room this time was smaller than the one I had before.

The location is great and convenient. The noise was too loud, especially from the nearby kids, and I couldn't sleep even at midnight. The lift was old and made a lot of noise, so I felt uncomfortable.
