The spot is great and there's parking available. The place was clean overall, but the walls were dirty and the cleaning guy was filthy, sitting on the sofa where guests should sit, with muddy feet. I’ll never come back. The bar downstairs was friendly but didn’t understand any Italian, nothing at all… maybe we were unlucky.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the fair. The host communicated quickly and precisely, showing a lot of willingness. I recommend it. The online check‑in is precise and works, but it’s a bit long, especially if it’s not a family trip.

Nice room with a kitchen and air‑conditioning. Good bus transport at the location. Good and cheap food during the stay. Also parking for the car with a closed fence. Nothing stood out.

Excellent staff service, they let us leave our luggage at reception and in our case they could make a room ready early, so we entered before the scheduled check‑in. One thing: maybe provide another pillow because the one there was very low, and for side sleepers the neck hurts.
