The Studio with Ocean View opens onto a private terrace and balcony that overlook the sea and pool. Inside, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and tea/coffee maker serves two guests, while air‑conditioning, heating, a fan and a flat‑screen TV with free Wi‑Fi provide climate control and entertainment; a socket is placed near the bed. The en‑suite bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, linen and additional ironing facilities.

The place is in a perfect spot, felt safe, and had everything needed, but a two‑seater lounge would be welcome.
Everything in Airlie Beach was close, the staff helped out, and the rooms were tidy, though they were a bit dark and cool, a little dated and worn inside but nothing major.

The spot was near shops and cafés, yet we were charged over $300 a night (still talking about that with the manager), the bed was awful and sore, and the whole complex needs a lot of work.
I could get to the lagoon, but the room felt dirty and like a cheap setup.
