The host was friendly and let me choose between a room with or without a balcony; the room was very clean, and after two days the bedding was changed. The location was excellent, with the city center, train and bus station right nearby, and the price‑performance ratio was good. I do prefer firmer mattresses, though.

The property sits close to the train station. Shops, restaurants and a market are nearby. Inside the hotel everything was very clean, with linens and towels changed every other day. The staff were very polite. We’ll definitely return on future trips.

Our room was very clean and nice. The housekeepers were very courteous. The cleanliness and the excellent, cheerful attitude of the housekeeper were appreciated.

We arrived late, they welcomed us, checked us in and directed us to dining venues. The conditions are wonderful. We’ll visit the guest house next time we go to Velingrad. In the morning there’s good coffee, a pleasant atmosphere and great air! Thank you! We have no complaints.
