The swimming pool area and jacuzzi were extremely clean and nice. We received a room upgrade, which was also very kind. Breakfast offers truly a lot for anybody.

The room was spacious and felt clean, with no particular issues to mention.

The pool area was stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and a lounge that offered coffee, tea, and cakes; the apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen and the dishes were already washed when I arrived in the evening, plus a nice breakfast. The parking was a bit crowded, the rooms were functional but lacked charm, and the GPS can mislead you to a completely different address; one night the reception was a little noisy.

The staff were very nice and professional and upgraded us to a one-bed apartment; breakfast was good with a sufficient selection, and the parking was underground and easy to find. We enjoyed a nice view of the city from the balcony, the room was big, quiet, and the A/C worked very fast; the little kitchen area was a big plus. Room service was quick and cleaning happened every day. We stayed for 2 nights. The only downside was that there were only two small water bottles per day, so more would be appreciated.
