A charming address with an authentic atmosphere, well‑equipped (kettle, large fridge). The view from room 1 is magnificent. The spot is very convenient, less than 5 minutes on foot to the bus stop from Como and the pier for boats heading to the main sights in the central part of Lake Como.

Everything was very clean, organized, with water and slippers provided and I loved it; the lakefront location was great. The only issue was the steep uphill walk with luggage, but that’s minor.

A beautiful stay by Lake Como—really an ideal location, no noise, the on‑site restaurant served good food, and the staff were very friendly.

The lake view was spectacular, making waking up and going to bed a real pleasure. The spot was great, with a bus stop and pier close by, a café nearby, and the hotel restaurant for dinner. On my birthday I wanted to sit on the terrace; although they don’t serve food there in the evening, the owner made an exception for me and was happy to listen to my requests.

A very nice room, excellent location relative to the ferry station, courteous and very helpful owner. Though the room was old, it had a nice atmosphere and style that matched the area’s aesthetic. The air‑conditioner didn’t work well, but it was okay since it wasn’t cold during our stay.
