Everything was amazing, we thought it was even better than the pictures; breakfast had a good variety, rooms were large and well equipped, and an elevator helped with luggage to the upper floors, though the mattresses were very soft for our taste, yet still comfortable.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with multiple sofas and chairs, the next door restaurant was good, breakfast was fine, and some rooms faced Matterhorn (if you can book them) while others let you step down a corner to the river for a view; the evening lighting came from a strip on one side, no ceiling light (probably due to low ceiling height); walking to the train station takes 10 minutes with a slight uphill and steps, not too far, not too close.
