The location is great. Nice room. Some staff were quite unmotivated. The food was average.

The food was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly, but the wellness area feels small and is spread over several floors.

Breakfast was decent, though the cold cuts were a bit less fresh; the rooms don’t have a direct mountain view, yet the pool and spa facilities are dreamy; the cost is a drawback.

The food was very good, the place was super clean, and the staff from Hans to Anni were all very kind; the room service was precise and I always looked forward to their smiles.
