“Preisleistung stimmt nicht!”

The property was pretty and the rooms/suites were cool but well equipped; however, it was actually overpriced, with prices that felt shamelessly high for a Swiss from Zürich; the food and drinks were decent, but compared to other accommodations we had in Indonesia (only five stars and up), the prices were quite steep; the listing online is shot by excellent photographers, but the reality is nice yet noticeably simpler.

“Ein fantastisches Hotel in Ubud!”

We stayed four nights at this hotel and absolutely loved every part of it—from the room to the food, the perfect location, and the great facilities. Huge thanks to the staff: every employee was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt completely at ease and would return anytime.

The location was great and the room was pleasant, but several areas needed better cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Breakfast was good and the pool lovely, not very large but with an amazing view. The first room was very noisy, just one floor below the breakfast area, and we could hear chairs being moved from about 6:30–7:00 am. The hotel kindly moved us to another room, showing they genuinely care about their guests.

“For all the hustle and bustle of Ubud this was an oasis to come back to right amongst it all.”

The staff made our stay welcoming, warm, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved the staff's traditional Bali attire on the day of the plan cloths event. Just beautiful. The gym was small and not very well laid out.

“We loved our stay here and would recommend this hotel”

We loved our stay at Bisma Eight. Rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Towels and bedding are great. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is great too. Nothing
