The staff were very bad and unresponsive. We ordered tea at 7:30 and the staff didn’t buy it at all. When we stepped down to leave at 8:30 they finally bought the tea, but a worker we asked to help us lift our luggage upstairs vanished, so we had to do it ourselves. After all that, we wanted a taxi to the airport; the normal fare was about 150 rupees for 6 KM. The manager said he would book it and showed us an Uber app that displayed 250, then arranged a private cab that charged 280. The driver claimed the manager had called him and instructed him to charge 280, including his commission. The response was very bad.
