The location was good, the bathroom spacious, the air conditioning fine, the mattress comfortable, and the sauna and fitness centre were available though I didn’t use them because of good weather; they’ll be handy next time. The breakfast was okay, but there was only one coffee machine—pre‑programmed, so tea drinkers had to boil water themselves; a kettle would have been nice. Also, the breakfast room (restaurant) was very warm, and a proper ventilation in the morning would have improved the stay.

Zimmer, Restaurant, Personal, alles top wie ich es gewohnt war. 1+. Das Zimmer war genau über dem (Biergarten) also bis 23:00 Uhr ist es sehr laut. Fester öffnen nicht möglich, zum Glück gab es eine Klimaanlage. Sonnst ist alles wirklich top in diesem Hotel

I had a truly bad experience at this hotel. I booked with breakfast, but upon arrival I was told that breakfast on Saturday would be served from 8:00‑10:00. 8:00? I asked if it would be possible to get a coffee earlier because I had to leave the hotel by 7:45 at the latest. The answer was that there is a coffee capsule in the room. I even felt more hospitable at cheaper country inns, like Breakfast‑to‑go… But anyway, the room was spacious and as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately the toilet flush in the bathroom didn’t work; the pressure plate wouldn’t trigger a flush. OK, with a lot of effort I managed to fix the problem. The broken tap in the shower was the last surprise in the morning: only cold water, the temperature control didn’t work. After 10 minutes I called the reception frustrated, logically unsuccessfully, but with the instruction to contact me regarding the experience. The call never came in the last 8 days. I stay often in the area, and I haven’t experienced this before.

The hotel is centrally located in the city and is modernly equipped. There is a restaurant/pizzeria, but we didn’t try it. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very friendly, so we will come back. Unfortunately we both didn’t sleep well; the beds looked comfortable but turned out to be hard.
