The location was perfect for those of us looking for quiet and freshness to enjoy good nights. We loved the spacious room and the independent bathroom; we also enjoyed the communal kitchen and the living room with a large TV. The extensive garden allowed us to eat outside regularly. For animal lovers, a beautiful cat that is both discreet and very endearing roams the house. The host is a real gem; very organized, efficient, dynamic, kind and caring, ensuring we had the best stay possible. The setting is ideal for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Nothing to complain about in an easy‑going, well‑controlled environment.

The house is great, very spacious, pretty, tidy, clean, and cozy. The host Sonia is full of ENERGY with her vitality and always offered help whenever we needed it. I recommend this house 100%. We were told to leave shoes at the entrance, but we forgot our slippers and had a bit of cold feet, haha. And if the radiator heating had worked it would have been a lifesaver. It gets very cold in the north, lol.

The room is in a nice house with a great garden. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s a good starting point for hikes in the nearby nature parks. Unfortunately, the other guests (two friendly families) behaved as if it were their home and stayed in the common areas all the time. That was a bit exhausting, especially because our room was very small and we would have liked to spend more time in the common areas. That’s not the fault of the accommodation.

The cottage is in a quiet Izarra neighbourhood. Bars and restaurants are a 10‑minute walk away, the house is spacious and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a hot shower, and there is a space to relax on the terrace behind the house. A big thank you to the owner for letting us use the washing machine so we left with clean clothes. I recommend this cottage. Nothing to add.

On November 5, 2025, I moved into the property. Unfortunately, the property didn't meet my expectations. The owner didn't mention that the heating in the house wasn't in use. Instead, there's a fireplace. The problem was that my room was on the first floor. I was working on a project for Mercedes in Vitoria. I work 7 days a week, 11 hours a day, and almost every time I got home, I had to light the fireplace to get some warmth. Unfortunately, this only happened in the living room on the ground floor; my room upstairs was still cold. A few days later, I went to the store to buy an electric heater. The website has pictures of the bathroom. The problem is, it's the owner's bathroom, not the guest bathroom. The heating in that bathroom also didn't work, so the only way to get warmth was to open the door wide. The toilet itself was damaged; one of the screws holding the toilet seat was broken, and the shower hose was also leaking (I've attached pictures). The website states there's a TV in the property, which is true. The problem is that it's located in the living room, and the owner watches it every evening, sometimes with company. Once, around midnight, I had to ask the owner and her guest to turn down the TV because I had to get up for work at 5:50 a.m. She also has a cat, and I'm allergic to cat hair; this isn't mentioned in the listing. I didn't have the privacy I expected in the property. The entrance to the guest toilet is in the living room, a few meters from the TV. Using the toilet and shower didn't provide me with privacy during the constant presence of the owner and her guests. They were strangers to me. After two weeks, I decided to look for another place to stay. I paid for 47 nights. I asked the owner for a refund for the unused 31 days. She refused. This amounted to over €2,000. I contacted Booking customer service and received a €400 refund
