The spot was convenient, but the lobby felt dim and carried a strong air‑freshener or cleaning‑solution scent, and although the hotel is clean, its dated look makes it feel unkept.

The location was great, the building was clean, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the stay was quiet and peaceful, and the hot breakfast was good; the decor was old but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Choices were good. Food got cold by the time I ate. Bathroom had no soap. I had to ask for it. Toilet seat was partially detached
