“Not recommended to stay”

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some pretty major missteps. The room itself was spotless, which was a relief, but the lack of breakfast was a huge disappointment. What really took the cake, though, was when we asked about breakfast and were met with a complete denial - it was like they were trying to hide something. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was pretty appalling, making for a really unpleasant stay.

“Bad experience. Not recommended”

I was really disappointed with this hotel. As soon as I walked into my room, I knew I had made a mistake. The staff at the Oyo service provider were completely unhelpful when I tried to change my booking, and the hotel itself was dirty and run-down. To make matters worse, they refused to refund me for the three days I'd already paid for, even though I only ended up staying one night. It's clear that they're not interested in providing a decent service to their guests.

“The hotel is at a very good location but the room cleanliness is a big question”

The hotel's spacious rooms and bathrooms were definitely a highlight, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a pretty major issue with the air conditioning unit. The whole night, water was leaking out of it and I had to use a bucket to catch it, which was pretty frustrating. Still, the room's size made up for some of the inconvenience, and the staff seemed friendly enough. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.
