The accommodation’s location has decent amenities, and the single room feels quite comfortable with wooden flooring. The sound insulation is not very good.

The location near Kawaguchiko Stella Theater is good. The pre‑check‑in instructions were unclear. The parking space is a bit narrow, so a large car might have trouble parking. Both pillows were high, which didn’t suit my preference for a lower pillow; if two pillows are provided, a lower one should also be available. The TV was an internet TV, so I couldn’t watch news or dramas. The toilet’s heated wash (rear) was broken and unusable; I had to use the video for support.

The room was super cozy and spotless, and the neighborhood was quiet with a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji from the street in front of the house—weather permitting. It’s close to a shopping center and restaurants, and the staff provided handy tourist tips. The downside is that it’s a bit farther from the town center and the bus and train stations. The room is also on the small side for three people with large luggage, especially when bringing climbing gear for Mt. Fuji. There’s a lot of strict instructions on what to do and not do, but that’s probably why the room stays in such perfect condition.
