Transit was nearby which is good because there is nothing nearby. The price was reasonable. The bed was clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet. The place was not clean. There was trash and food everywhere. Other people were coming and going, and no one was coming to clean up. When someone finally did come to clean, they left with the washer, unbalanced and making noise. I had to fix that. I had to throw out food that was rotting in the fridge.

Improvements needed: The common areas were not clean. Poor light to have access to the facility. A lot of snow in the entrance. No towels

Everything is OK, clean, the owner is willing to help, wifi is good. except the sleeping place on top because it's shaking when you're turning or moving. Just need to fix the bed
