“Ordinary hotel.”
The place offered no bed‑and‑breakfast. Reception was unhelpful; one person stayed for 12 hours, always on the phone. Even for coffee or tea we had to come, wait, see the person, and ask him—otherwise it wasn’t possible. Both TV remotes were missing; only after asking did we receive them. When lights went out, nobody cared. There was no room boy, so many elderly pilgrims had to manage their luggage themselves. The A/C ran at 16 degrees continuously, and no one responded to our complaints. Overall, the service was between poor and fair. Reception service was very poor; a boy ran around, was sincere but difficult to help guests. The comfort level was not considered. It’s a 25‑year‑old style choultry with modern facilities.
