The hotel is infested with roaches, and clean towels or bedding take days to arrive. At 1:39 am, children on scooters run up and down the stairs outside, waking everyone. The staff ignore basic rules: kids run through hallways and staircases at 1 am while parents or grandparents sit by. One room smells like a garbage truck when opened; roaches, dirty floors, a grimy bathroom, and stained bedding are all present. I’ve had repeated problems, and it would be fair to receive a two‑week free stay for the drama, pain, and suffering caused by the staff.

I didn’t stay after booking because they had no availability, yet I was still charged. The website claimed rooms were available when they weren’t.

“Horrible”

The location is fine, but the place was dirty, not clean or welcoming, and pests were visible.

“Muy sucio. Cucarachas. Vertedero.”

I was not pleased at all. The room was extremely dirty, full of insects, flies and cockroaches. The table had crumbs that hadn’t been cleaned, and the room smelled awful of tobacco. The floor was also dirty and uncleaned. The surroundings of the motel looked like a dump. I would advise against going there; you’ll save yourself a lot of suffering.
