The cabin’s style was great, and it’s right by the river – perfect for a quick dip. We only stayed a short time, so we didn’t get to explore everything.

Stunning house on stilts, just a 5‑minute walk to the trail start toward La Junta. Two rooms with private baths and a nice common area. The host is super friendly and knows the area well, breakfast is top‑notch. Wifi is slow but works. We couldn’t make it up to La Junta because of bad weather, but the welcome made it a memorable stay.

The owner is insanely kind, a fellow traveler, the furnishings are very thoughtful, breakfast is good. Now there's Wifi too.

Everything was amazing – great hosts, great breakfast, perfect spot for mountain hikes. Paula and her husband made our stay in Cochamo unforgettable. I highly recommend the Frontera B&B, just remember the limited power, so charging your phone takes a while.
