Nothing! This was the worst part of my booking experience—just refund our money! They cancelled our reservation immediately, claiming they were fully booked even though it was confirmed. They haven't refunded us yet and I couldn't reach the resort's phone. When we arrived, it was right next to a cemetery, giving the place a terrible vibe.

I found the room very neat and clean; the bed wasn't overly plush but still comfortable, and breakfast was good. What bothered me was the toilet—water wouldn't drain and the sink faucet didn't work. In the bathroom, water flow was slow and the shower didn't function properly.

Nothing, and I'm demanding a refund. The hotel didn't even know we were prepaid guests. The restaurant I was supposed to use for dinner didn't exist! You're to blame more than the resort owners for advertising something that isn't real. My friend suffered and decided not to check in.
