We were traveling around Sicily with my husband and booked this place, choosing the room with the jacuzzi. As soon as we arrived, we already had all the information to enter the room because we were late in the city, but everything was very simple since the owner provided all the explanations for access right after the booking. The room is on the first floor, very well kept, clean, and tastefully and modernly furnished. It’s clear it was recently renovated. The lounge where you can have coffee is also well cared for and well furnished. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a iron, which is very useful and convenient (not every place offers that in the room). The property is 5 minutes on foot from the Ballarò market and right across from a paid parking where you can leave the car and walk to the market.

Very central historical centre. If you have mobility issues it is a slim staircase but it is in a very old building

We spent a fantastic time at Mia Terra Boutique Rooms, where everything from the cleanliness to the cozy layout felt instantly welcoming. The owner was exceptionally kind, greeting us warmly and always ready to help, which added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. We loved the thoughtful little details and her prompt availability whenever we needed anything. Our visit to Palermo was thoroughly enjoyable, and we’re thrilled with our choice of lodging; we’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone heading to Palermo.
