The rooms are new. The location and service are poor, and the hotel offers nothing for food or drinks. They cancelled my reservation, claiming no vacancies, even though I had already booked. I went to Booking and re‑booked immediately, but the price was higher and I didn’t get breakfast. Later a staff member told me there was still a vacancy. I was charged separately for breakfast and ended up paying more because of a management error, and nothing was done to make up for it.
The employees and the owners were genuinely helpful and made me feel welcome, yet the reception area felt cramped and the check‑in was a little sluggish.
