Super location just two streets from the Alameda and the city center. The building has a very spacious room. The breakfast could improve by adding something more substantial than just coffee and a roll.

The location is very good. Unfortunately, there was no water service, neither for the bathroom nor for the guests; we asked for help but it wasn’t within their control, so we had to leave the hotel because an elderly guest needed a toilet and shower. I requested a refund and it still hasn’t arrived. 😔 The maintenance was very poor.

I liked the location and the place overall, but there were roaches everywhere in the room, on the bed, the sink and the bathroom, and the bathroom had no water.
