The main highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff – everyone was very welcoming, pleasant and friendly, and the atmosphere felt genuinely nice. Yet we were very disappointed with the stay. Apart from the staff, the hotel simply does not match the photos: on site everything looks much cheaper and more fragile, so the value for money is truly disappointing. The pool stayed empty for two days even though it was hot, and several advertised facilities were missing. We had booked a specific room on Booking because we wanted that one, but upon arrival they explained that rooms were assigned randomly and we did not receive the room we had reserved. Some amenities were also missing in our room. In short, a major let‑down between the pictures, the hotel’s presentation, and the reality on site. Too bad the staff were really lovely.
This hotel doesn’t exist; I spent two hours looking for another place.

The concept was initially a pretty hotel in the pictures, with a bathtub inside the room, crisp linens, and a location close to Disneyland. However, the hotel was very tired. Everything was shabby, something was always broken in each room, stains weren’t cleaned, and the walls were grimy. The staff were incompetent, failing to see the reservation for the second day and moving our belongings to the lobby.

The hotel is close to Disney, but the staff were unhelpful, the rooms weren't cleaned, and the breakfast was poor.
