“Will not suggest anyone to book with breakfast”
The breakfast was barely worth mentioning, and the staff—especially SOKLY at reception—were downright rude. I’d advise against booking a stay that includes breakfast, since there’s no kitchen staff to support it. The pool felt like a small pond and the overall service left a lot to be desired.
I think it’s a good hotel, but it needs a renovation. The breakfast was a bit weak.

The reception team were instantly helpful whenever we had a question, and they asked each day if we wanted the room cleaned. The building has no elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs, and the first room we entered was dirty—there was a dead grasshopper, sand in the bathtub, and stains on the linens. They eventually gave us another room, which still had some pillow stains until we asked for them to be replaced. We also requested a transfer, but the organizer stopped responding two days before arrival, and even the “urgent” phone line gave no answer, which was very disappointing. The walls are thin, and we were woken by a arguing couple climbing the stairs.

The bathroom impressed me as well. The location is ideal: away from the bustling centre yet close enough to get around with ease.
