There were two on‑site baths – a large one and a small one – plus a private shower, tub, and toilet in the room; the surroundings were lovely with plenty of nature, and several restaurants were nearby, though most of them close early so you need to plan. I didn’t find much to do in the town, but that was probably my fault.

The hotel is about a five‑minute walk to Kinrin Lake and right near Yuno Tsubo Street, with a convenience store within three minutes on foot, and the on‑site restaurant is excellent. At check‑in the staff warned us to keep quiet at night, yet after 11 pm guests upstairs were stomping around and dropping things, creating a lot of noise; I reported it to the front desk and it quieted down shortly after, likely because they acted on the complaint. Sound travels a lot, so very sensitive travelers might want to avoid it.
