The location is great and the staff are friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable, but the hotel seems to be in a much worse state than before. There were several construction sites inside and outside, everything was dusty, and the constant construction noise was a nuisance. The Japanese toilet and Jacuzzi were present but not working, and only bath towels were provided—no small towels for the sink. Only after complaining did I get a room that roughly matched the description and at least had a functioning toilet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good.

The staff were wonderful and did their best, and the breakfast was fantastic, but the photos were misleading—the place looks nothing like what it actually is.
