I was able to bring my small dog, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed chatting with the owner and other guests, and the sea was right outside my window. The door didn’t open or close smoothly and made a lot of noise.

Three adults and one dog stayed in a shared‑space house. We had dinner there and the fish dishes were amazing, especially the fresh catch prepared that day by a local fisherman—feeling like we’d eaten something only seen in an aquarium. I didn’t share the meal with other guests, but I had great conversations with the owner and a fellow Kanto‑relocated guest, making for a wonderful evening. The rescue cat (maybe I‑ma‑chan?) was also very friendly and cute. We drove under ten minutes to “Ushikami Kaiyō Onsen Hato‑no‑Yu,” which was very relaxing. I knew it, but the room only had an internal lock, so carrying valuables while walking was inconvenient.
