“Horrible. I dont suggest anyone to stay unless there is no other option,”

it was close to the main city and Mysore Palace and the rooms were clean. There is a long list - 1. The staff behaviour is awful especially the folks at the reception. The way they were speaking as if I was asking for favours. 2. Even very basic items were missing. No towel, No soap or shampoo. TV was not functioning even after I they tried to fix it few times. No tissue paper in toilet. 4. They were even charing for water bottles. Only 1 water bottle is given for free for each room. How is that sufficient for 1 day for 2 persons.? 5. Considering all of these, the room charge was hefty and the hotel was not worth it. Even there was no complimentary breakfast. 6. They don't accept debit cards. They were asking for cash for water bottles. 7. The parking capacity is very less compared to the accommodation capacity

The location was great, but the rooms were noisy at night and didn't offer much privacy.

“Personnel accueillant et chambre confortable”

The staff were very friendly, the bedding comfortable, shower accessories present, air‑conditioning and a fan worked, and a bottle of water was offered; it was just a little off‑center from the train station.

“Good stay for 3 days in a clean family room with all the attractions close by.”

The hotel was located centrally in Mysore and close to all the attractions. Staff was fine but they were doing lot of things by the book. Though there is no dedicated parking but we could park on the roadside. Not much of adjustment mindset from the hotel staff. Smell of the handwash was not good. bumped up the prices to 3 times the original price

The stay was very comfortable and the location was close to major attractions, with no negatives.
