I was upset that my wife left an expensive dress and a few nightgowns behind, and the staff said the manager would call but never did; I felt treated like a criminal, so this will be my last visit and I won’t recommend it to friends or family.

The room was big, but the king bed was fine while the sofa bed was broken, so my daughter had to sleep on the sofa.
