I have no idea how this works, but you must book for the exact dates. When we arrived we went to the front desk and had to wait while another guest was being served; the place was swarmed with flies and felt like a remote village. At check‑in they asked for an extra RM30 because the room I had reserved was already full, which was odd since it should have been cleared in the system. The staff told me to call the manager directly; the manager, a Chinese woman, said the extra charge was necessary because the booked room wouldn’t be free for another two weeks and they hadn’t removed it from the system. She claimed the surcharge gave us a “premium” room and that we couldn’t get a refund if we refused to pay. The refund process was said to be slow, and after seven days I still hadn’t received my money. I’m now waiting for a six‑day refund that’s already overdue, planning to report the issue to the tribunal, and warning others to call ahead because the advertised price isn’t reliable and the business feels like a scam.

We check in on 21/03/2026 and check out on the same day because it is horrible hotel I never come a cross in my life. My advice is do not go to this O Rumah hotel We are paying not staying free. I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of my room, but I did find the area to be quite quiet at night due to the rural location. The homestay's large size was a plus, but I was concerned about the lack of security measures in place.
The room was spacious and clean, and parking was right in front of the room – very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort’s interior was pretty. If there were a pool it would be even better for a family day. The only downside was the huge number of flies in the room, so I had to ask the staff to spray an insect repellent to get rid of them.
