A lovely hotel full of flowers and plants with a fantastic view of Lake Atitlán. Breakfast is very good and the staff are very friendly. You can launch the boat from their own dock, which is extra convenient. The room we stayed in feels a bit dated and the bed is a bit hard. There is no AC.

The staff are personal, the location is ideal—just steps from the center yet far enough to be quiet. The views are wonderful. The website claims laundry service, but there is none, and the jacuzzi was okay but not great; it was paid and lacked power.
