It was way too expensive, not very clean, and the staff kept staring at their computers to avoid interacting with guests. The path to the sauna goes through the bar, which is not comfortable at all.

The room was large and spacious and the staff were nice. There was no daily room service, only on request. For a family of four, sometimes at 7 am there was no four‑person table available.

I absolutely loved staying at Art'otel Berlin Mitte – the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel was spotless and very well located with plenty of transport links nearby. We’ll definitely come back when we return to Berlin. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.
