Breakfast was excellent, especially the waiter who was very friendly and attentive, and the front‑desk staff were just as good. We’ll definitely return. Everything was super.

Personal war top, Frühstück war top, Sauberkeit war ok. Zimmer könnte 1-2 m2 grösser sein und die Klimaanlage hat nicht so richtig funktioniert

The beds were good, the room was spacious, the shower was very nice, and the furnishings were tasteful. However, the room was extremely dark because there was no central light source, and the lamps on the bed and desk didn’t work or were unscrewed. Luckily, modern smartphones have a flashlight function, but that’s not a permanent solution. Big minus!

We were really disappointed with this hotel. We had chosen it as a stopover to rest during a long road trip, and one of the main reasons for booking was the on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 7 p.m., we found out that the restaurant was already closed, with no prior notice. On top of that, the only person at the reception desk didn't speak a word of English. For a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star property, this is simply unacceptable. We expected much better and wouldn't recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable overnight stop
