The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, but I did notice a lingering smell of smoke. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit noticeable. Overall, a solid stay, thanks to the great staff.

This place was spotless, which was a big plus for me. However, I struggled to communicate with the staff since they didn't speak much English - made checking in a bit tricky.

Not much to rave about, but the creaking wooden floor lining was pretty annoying. I mean, it wasn't a deal-breaker or anything, but still a bit distracting.

Had a bit of a rough stay - the rooms smelled like smoke, the other guests were pretty loud, and I was surprised they didn't offer a Western-style breakfast. Not ideal.

Great spot for getting around - this hotel is basically right next to Chongqing North station. The room was good, clean, and did the job. No complaints really.
