Location, comfort, and the place itself. Inside the room there's no place to work, which is a problem for business travel.

The hotel looks pretty; it’s not bad and has its own quirks. But reception is always empty, no one to help or give directions, so I had to wait for someone to appear when I arrived, otherwise I’d never see anyone providing service in the morning again.

The place is gorgeous, the décor is lovely, super clean, and the shower is great. The mattress felt too firm for me, and it would help if they added mosquito nets to the windows because the ceiling fan is too high and doesn’t provide enough airflow; the fan only circulates warm air, so I opened my window and the fan’s breeze was refreshing and let me sleep comfortably, but that’s just a suggestion.
