Bindiram Express by ShriGo Hotels

I booked this place online without much research, so the price felt high for what I got: the room was tiny, the shower was broken, and the overall value was disappointing even though a driver facility was available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite pleased with its location, but unfortunately, the service from the staff was subpar. They seemed to lack a sense of urgency, which made my overall experience somewhat disappointing. Despite the hotel's prime location, the poor service was a major letdown.

“Excellent stay”

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, there's not much else to say, as there were no other notable positives or negatives to report.

“Only name is good, facilities are average”

I booked three rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a mixed bag. While the facilities and fittings were average, the bed linens had a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting they hadn't been washed properly. Additionally, one of the bathrooms was leaking, another had a faulty flush, and the third had a broken lock. The cleaning was also subpar, with old stains all over the place, and it seemed like no cleaning products had been used. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

“Nice dinner and breakfast”

This hotel was neat and clean, which was a definite plus. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the location and overall ambiance, which didn't quite live up to my expectations.
