The welcome was very good, the staff charming and attentive. The location is ideal for exploring the island and close to Ciutadella. We liked the free insulated backpack for going to the beach with fresh food. Free parking nearby.

The breakfast was good with fresh products. The atmosphere feels family‑friendly. The room is well‑decorated and very clean. The welcome was very good, the staff friendly.

The spot is close to the city center, free parking nearby, and the buffet breakfast is really good and varied. The bathroom feels a bit dated, and staff are absent all day except during breakfast.

The hotel is quiet and perfectly positioned at the entrance of Ciutadella, a very pretty little town. Both the hotel and the room are tastefully decorated, which is charming. The staff are adorable. I highly recommend it!

This charming little hotel is run by a host who offers many amenities you rarely find elsewhere. The room is simple and comfortable, and breakfast is great. It’s only a few hundred metres from the main town, making it easy to walk into the main restaurant, bars, and shopping area. If we ever return to Menorca, we’ll book again without hesitation. The shower screen/curtain is a bit Heath Robinson, but I expect it’s on the repair list at season’s end.
