“Extrêmement déçu, je ne vous le propose pas du tout, mauvais expérience.”
We really liked nothing. Except that the woman was still welcoming. For me it had nothing to do with what was offered on the site I booked. It was advertising, misleading. Not only on the day I blocked my reservation, I had asked to book two rooms. The site had confirmed it was good for my booking. And even to be sure because it was my first time booking, I even had to call the property the same day to confirm if it was really good for my booking, she confirmed yes the booking was taken. And on the day J, we arrive at the place, she tells me what, “I thought you weren’t going to come”. “Because you didn’t call back to confirm”. I was surprised because I had booked not only on, but also confirmed with her on the phone that yes everything was good. But anyway it’s not the worst, she told us it was not a problem that she had a room for us. Phew I was reassured because not only we were coming from Moorea but also if we had no lodging, we would have had to take the last boat which was not even 1h00 to return to Moorea. She let us into the house, then directed us to the proposed room. The place didn’t look reassuring, because we were on a deck about 4 to 5 meters high and the deck seemed about to collapse every time you walked on it. Not reassuring at all for my children, let alone the proposed room, a big mirror in the shape of a mirror that was heavily cracked on each side, me looking at this huge mirror that was dangerous for my children. Worse the beds, my boyfriend and I didn’t even dare to sit on them, because the sheets didn’t give us confidence, you see what I mean. So I told my boyfriend I couldn’t stay here with my children for their safety and hygiene.
